Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic dentistry works to transform an ordinary smile into a stunning smile.  Every aspect of your smile is analyzed and we work with you to find the best treatment to fit your needs.  We offer a wide variety of cosmetic options.

TOOTH WHITENING

Teeth can darken over time from many different causes.  Dark sodas, teas, coffees, wines, and other foods and drinks can cause significant staining.  Tobacco products also can cause a great deal of staining and darkening.  Teeth can also darken over time as they age.

We have several options for professional whitening.  We can prescribe an at-home whitening gel that is placed in a tray which is worn for a short period of time each day for 1-2 weeks.  As a lower cost alternative to professional whitening, we offer high strength Crest White Strips.

PORCELAIN VENEERS

Porcelain veneers are a dental procedure in which a thin layer of porcelain is bonded to a tooth to improve its shape and color.  They generally only cover the front and top surfaces of a tooth.  Veneers are usually only done to the part of the teeth that are visible when talking or smiling.

CHAIR SIDE VENEERS

Chair side veneers, or bonding, involves a bonding of tooth colored composite resin material over the front and top of the tooth.  This can be used to correct the color and shape of your teeth as well.

Both types of veneers can drastically improve your smile.

COSMETIC BONDING

Throughout the years, dental technology has improved greatly.  We are now at a point where we can provide a strong and long lasting restoration for a tooth that will also give your tooth that natural look.  This can be done with composite resin filling material, porcelain, or all ceramic.

INVISALIGN

We offer "clear braces" through custom made aligners that are worn by the patient to help move the teeth into a more cosmetic and functional position.  The best part about Invisalign, is that you may remove them to eat, brush, and floss so that you maintain your teeth in the best way possible.  Make an appointment to see if you are a candidate.
